Why We Breathe – A #Yoga Documentary

Shot over the space of 6 months across the US, in a variety of situations and lucky encounters. “Why We Breathe” was born out of the idea to understand why people do the things they do. For the documentary, we wanted to ask the question, why do you do yoga? Why keep doing it? Why do you love it? We wanted to ask experienced yogis these questions, and gain an insight into the possibilities that yoga can offer. This is the first time that these insights have been brought together in one place, to truly give us all a behind the mind look at people’s motivations for practicing yoga. We also get a amazing insight into how yoga can help change peoples negative experiences in life, and make significant differences in the populations quality of life. For more information on the documentary, plus additional video content, go to

Peace + Food = Peacefood

WAR IS OVER! (If You Want It)

It’s not Christmas it’s Easter. But the following message is very important during the whole year!

A message from Yoko Ono!

I miss you, John.

27 years later, I still wish I could turn back the clock to the Summer of 1980. I remember everything – sharing our morning coffee, walking in the park together on a beautiful day, and seeing your hand stretched to mine – holding it, reassuring me that I shouldn’t worry about anything because our life was good.

I had no idea that life was about to teach me the toughest lesson of all. I learned the intense pain of losing a loved one suddenly, without warning, and without having the time for a final hug and the chance to say, “I love you,” for the last time. The pain and shock of that sudden loss is with me every moment of every day. When I touched John’s side of our bed on the night of December 8th, 1980, I realized that it was still warm. That moment has haunted me for the past 27 years – and will stay with me forever.

Even harder for me is watching what was taken away from our beautiful boy, Sean. He lives in silent anger over not having his Dad, whom he loved so much, around to share his life with. I know we are not alone. Our pain is one shared by many other families who are suffering as the victims of senseless violence. This pain has to stop.

Let’s not waste the lives of those we have lost. Let’s, together, make the world a place of love and joy and not a place of fear and anger. This day of John’s passing has become more and more important for so many people around the world as the day to remember his message of Peace and Love and to do what each of us can to work on healing this planet we cherish.

Let’s Think PEACE, Act PEACE and Spread PEACE.

John worked for it all his life.
He said, “There’s no problem, only solutions.”
Remember, we are all together.
We can do it, we must.

I love you!

Yoko Ono: The Peace Industry & The War Industry

Yoko Ono talks about The Peace Industry & The War Industry for

I love you, Earth
You are beautiful
I love the way you are
I know I never said it to you
But I wanna say it now
I love you, I love you, I love you, Earth
I love you, I love you, I love you, now

I love you, Earth
You are beautiful
I love the way you shine
I love your valleys, I love your mornings
In fact I love you every day
I know I never said it to you
Why, I would never know
Over blue mountains, over greenfields
I wanna scream about it now

I love you, I love you, I love you, Earth
I love you, I love you, I love you, now
You are our meeting point of infinity
You are our turning point in eternity
I love you, I love you, I love you, Earth
I love you, I love you, I love you, now.

One Love | Playing For Change | Song Around the World

One Love, One Heart
Let’s get together and feel all right
Hear the children crying (One Love)
Hear the children crying (One Heart)
Sayin’ give thanks and praise to the Lord and I will feel all right
Sayin’ let’s get together and feel all right

Let them all pass all their dirty remarks (One Love)
There is one question I’d really like to ask (One Heart)
Is there a place for the hopeless sinner
Who has hurt all mankind just to save his own?
Believe me

One Love, One Heart
Let’s get together and feel all right
As it was in the beginning (One Love)
So shall it be in the end (One Heart)
Give thanks and praise to the Lord and I will feel all right
One more thing

Let’s get together to fight this Holy Armageddon (One Love)
So when the Man comes there will be no no doom (One Song)
Have pity on those whose chances grove thinner
There ain’t no hiding place from the Father of Creation

Sayin’ One Love, One Heart
Let’s get together and feel all right
I’m pleading to mankind (One Love)
Oh Lord (One Heart)

Give thanks and praise to the Lord and I will feel all right
Let’s get together and feel all right
